26. Seafood-Fest Dinner for Eight
Your house or ours (Gary and Peggy Smith’s on the Lake) for this special evening. We have designed a menu to delight any seafood lover. To start: fresh clams and mussels in a seasoned broth, crab cakes with a citrus ginger dipping sauce and smoked salmon cheese and crackers. Dinner will be a spiced rubbed salmon filet, macadamia–crusted halibut and scampi prawns served with an old–family–recipe Caesar salad, herbed jasmine rice, and fresh breads. 28. Wine Country Limo Guided Tour for Four!
Sip your way through the Tri-Cities! Each couple will stay two nights in a Cabernet Suite at the Hampton Inn Richland. The spa tub suites overlook the Columbia River and include a full continental breakfast buffet. At approximately 11am your limousine will pick you up at the Hampton Inn for a six-hour group wine tasting tour of the Tri-Cities area.
